Thanks very much for fixing my elbow up for me and accommodating the timescale I required, it has obviously contributed greatly to my ability to do what we did.

Hi Adam

Both wrist and elbow are doing well. Been on the bike for a while now, not the BMX though. I ‘m training on the Velodrome with the objective of Man 1, Team Sprint.

If things keep progressing the BMX will continue to stay parked up!

Thanks for everything.

I would like to thank you and the staff at the Bridgewater Hospital for providing an all round excellent professional service from pre-op consultation through to after care.

My surgery for a torn long head proximal bicep tendon was a success. In a few more weeks with light exercises and physiotherapy, my bicep will regain its full strength back.

In my opinion, if you are a young athletic individual and active, or require your hands as a labourer and you have a similar injury, I would recommend seeking a specialist second opinion from the likes of Dr. Watts”
