Hi AdamBoth wrist and elbow are doing well. Been on the bike for a while now, not the BMX though. I ‘m training on the Velodrome with the objective of Man 1, Team Sprint.
If things keep progressing the BMX will continue to stay parked up!

I would like to thank you and the staff at the Bridgewater Hospital for providing an all round excellent professional service from pre-op consultation through to after care.My surgery for a torn long head proximal bicep tendon was a success. In a few more weeks with light exercises and physiotherapy, my bicep will regain its full strength back.
