My surgery for a torn long head proximal bicep tendon was a success. In a few more weeks with light exercises and physiotherapy, my bicep will regain its full strength back.
In my opinion, if you are a young athletic individual and active, or require your hands as a labourer and you have a similar injury, I would recommend seeking a specialist second opinion from the likes of Dr. Watts
